Our Mission The Gulf Coast Chapter Officials Association is an organization in the Greater Houston-Galveston area that provides football game officials to all the Junior High and High Schools. Gulf Coast Chapter is a member of TASO, the Texas Association of Sports Officials. TASO is the governing body of all chapters throughout Texas.
